The Five Daily Reflections

Saturday, November 29, 10:00 - 17:00                     online via Zoom

(there will be a pause from 12:30 to 14:00)

Besides the practice of meditation the Buddha also recommended reflection, often about simple and obvious facts of life one rather tends to ignore or avoid.

The Upajjhatthana Sutta (AN 5.57) points towards facts regarding life´s fragility as well as our true inheritance, ownership of our actions. The discourse advises, that these themes should be reflectes upon by all.

Recognizing that life is short and precious, we can come in contact with our deeper values, of which we can easily loose sight in the everyday swirl of events.

This day of practice will include meditation, reflection, input and sharing.

It will be in english only.
